Visa Requirements for the Congo


A valid passport is required for all Swedish citizens and foreign nationals entering the Republic of Congo. Visitors must have proof of the purpose of their visit, as well as sufficient funds and accommodation for the duration of their stay. These documents should be presented at the border control.  

Please note that no Congolese visas are issued at Congolese airports. All visa applications must be submitted prior to departure to the Congolese Embassy in Sweden.
