How do I apply for a Visa?

The application for a visa must be submitted by physical mail. You will need to complete a form that can be found on our website, send your supporting documents, and make a wire transfer to pay the application fee.

What type of visa do I need?

The Embassy of the Republic of Congo in Sweden only issues tourist visas. You have the option to apply for a short-term visa or a long-term visa. Prices vary according to the duration of your visa.

What is the processing time for a visa?

Standard visa processing usually takes 10 working days from the time your application is received, while express visas can be processed in 4 working days from the time your application is received.

What means of payment do you accept?

We only accept payments by bank transfer or directly to our bank account at SEB.
